I will represent you on all tenancy matters and do everything in my ability to keep your tenants happy in an effort to minimize any disruption to your profit margins.

Tenancy Finding Services- I find and place a quality tenant for you!

If you prefer to manage your own property but find it difficult or awkward finding and placing new tenants, then this service may be for you! I will advertise your property myself, filter and screen all applicants on your behalf, do all reference and credit checks personally and show your property in it's most favourable light. I will assist you in every aspect to choose the most suitable tenant for YOU, look after ALL the tenancy paperwork, obtain all legally required signatures and perform the move-in inspection for you. You will be provided with a full set of legal tenancy documents and be introduced to your new tenants so you can take over the management of your property yourself.
